Between the chef's knife and the paring knife sits the petty. This all-purpose blade is equally at home slicing, dicing, mincing and peeling everything from fruit and veg to fish, protein and herbs.
It really is the jack of all trades and due to it's compact size provides brilliant versatility and mobility, especially for those with smaller hands or limited workspace.

The petty is by far my most popular design and also my personal favourite. It is the blade that I will instinctively pick off the rack for most tasks.

This knife, made in high carbon 26C3 razorblade steel features an acid-etched and stonewashed finish, forcing a patina on the blade and providing instant protection from rust.

The handle is made from stabilised Karelian birch and a vibrant, bright red G10 liner to add a dash of flair and to contrast against the darkened steel and the deep black carbon fibre pins.
