This nimble 4.5" parer, made from 2.3mm high carbon steel stock will gladly glide through your food like a hot knife through butter.
Possibly my most tactile style due to the smaller blade, the paring knife excels at small jobs and precision work.

The k-tip design improves on this further and puts the tip of the blade firmly under your control, whether peeling carrots, cutting limes for a G&T or filetting a trout.

The striking handle is made of the highest quality stabilised Karelian birch which has been double dyed to add to it's aesthetic charm, really bringing out the colours and the depth of the grains, which has charming lustre and chatoyancy.
The liner is super thin 0.5mm G10 hunter orange liner to compliment the colours in the wood and the pins are polished copper.
